These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Anzo website (anzo.ca) and any AI assistant services provided by Anzo ("we", "our", or "us"). By using our website or services, you agree to these terms.

No Medical Advice

Anzo's AI assistants do not provide medical advice. All information provided by Anzo chat assistants is for general informational purposes only. It is not intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Patients should always seek the advice of a qualified dental or medical professional with any questions they may have regarding a medical or dental condition. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something an Anzo assistant said.

Informational Purpose Only

Anzo assistants are designed to answer general questions about business services, hours, pricing, and booking guidance. They cannot:

• Access real-time appointment availability
• Make, confirm, or cancel bookings
• Access customer records or personal health information
• Provide diagnoses or treatment recommendations
• Guarantee the accuracy of business-specific information at all times

For anything clinical, urgent, or requiring a definitive answer, users are always directed to contact the business directly.

Accuracy of Information

Anzo builds and maintains each business's assistant based on information provided by the business. We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy, but we do not guarantee that all information provided by an assistant is current, complete, or error-free. Businesses are responsible for notifying Anzo of changes to their services, pricing, or hours so updates can be made.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Anzo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services, including but not limited to:

• Reliance on information provided by an AI assistant
• Missed appointments or booking errors
• Delays in response or service interruptions
• Any decisions made based on assistant responses

In any case, Anzo's maximum liability to any party shall not exceed the amount paid to Anzo by that party in the one month immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Service Availability

We make reasonable efforts to keep our services available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time with reasonable notice.

Client Responsibilities

Local businesses using Anzo services agree to:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information for their assistant
• Notify Anzo promptly of any changes to services, hours, or pricing
• Not use Anzo services for any unlawful purpose
• Maintain their own customer data obligations under applicable privacy laws

Intellectual Property

All content on anzo.ca, including text, design, code, and branding, is the property of Anzo and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission. The AI assistant technology and prompt design developed by Anzo remains our intellectual property. Business-specific content provided to build an assistant remains the property of the business.

Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Province of Manitoba and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Manitoba.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
